Cancellation:

Normal Season (Jan, Feb, May, June, Sept, Oct, Nov and Dec).

30 days prior to arrival, 10% cancellation fees on the cancelled component

15 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fees on the cancelled component

7 days prior to arrival, 75% cancellation fees on the cancelled component

Less than 7 days or none show, 100% cancellation fees

Peak Season (March, April, July and August)

45 days prior to arrival, 10% cancellation fees on the cancelled component

30 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fees on the cancelled component

15 days prior to arrival, 75% cancellation fees on the cancelled component

Less than 15 days or none show, 100% cancellation fees

For Selingan Turtle Island, 21 days prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fees for all season

Payment:

Deposit of 50% upon confirmation of booking.

Full payment before the commencement of tour .
