Day 01: Sandakan/ Selingan Turtle Island
08:30 AM: Pick-up from Sepilok Jungle Resort
09:00 AM: Pick-up from City Hotels in Sandakan
• Start your day with a scenic transfer to CQ Jetty, where you will board a motorized boat for the one-hour journey across the South China Sea to Selingan Turtle Island.
10:00 AM: Arrive at Selingan Island
• Upon arrival, enjoy a refreshing welcome and check-in to your air-conditioned chalet with an attached bathroom. Relax in the natural surroundings as you prepare for an exciting day ahead.
12:00 PM: Lunch at the Island’s Cafeteria
• Savor a delectable lunch served at the island's cafeteria, offering local dishes with a stunning view of the beach and the clear blue sea.
01:30 PM: Snorkeling & Beach Relaxation
• After lunch, explore the rich underwater world of Selingan Island! Put on your snorkelling gear and dive into the crystal-clear waters, where vibrant coral reefs and exotic marine life await.
• Alternatively, unwind by the beach, soak up the sun, or take a leisurely walk along the shoreline.
04:30 PM: Turtle Conservation Presentation
• Before dinner, gather at the cafeteria for an educational slideshow. Learn fascinating facts about the endangered green sea turtles and their conservation efforts on the island.
06:30 PM: Dinner
• Enjoy a tasty dinner, and get ready for a unique experience under the stars.
08:00 PM: Turtle Watching Experience
• Following dinner, the park ranger will notify you when it’s time to visit the turtle nesting site. Watch in awe as a female sea turtle emerges from the ocean to lay her eggs on the sandy beach. Then, follow the ranger as they carefully transfer the eggs to the hatchery to ensure their protection. If you’re lucky, you might even get the chance to witness baby turtles being released into the sea, starting their journey into the wild.
Overnight at Selingan Island Chalet

Day 02: Selingan Island/ Sepilok Orangutan & Sun Bear/ Sandakan Airport/Hotel
06:00 AM: Early Morning on Selingan Island
• Wake up to the tranquility of the island and enjoy breakfast at the chalet, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the jungle.
07:00 AM: Depart Selingan Island
• After breakfast, board the boat for a return trip to the mainland. Arrive at the jetty around 08:00 AM, ready to embark on a wildlife-filled day.
09:00 AM: Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre
• Your first stop is the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre, one of the most important sanctuaries for the Bornean orangutans.
• Discover the world of orangutans in their natural habitat as you visit the Outdoor Nursery. Here, you’ll have a chance to see young orangutans learning essential survival skills in a semi-wild environment.
• Then, take a walk along a guided boardwalk through the lush rainforest to the Feeding Platform, where you may be fortunate enough to witness the orangutans being fed. These majestic primates, with their expressive eyes and playful nature, are a sight to behold.
10:30 AM: Sun Bear Conservation Centre
• Just a short stroll from Sepilok, the Sun Bear Conservation Centre is dedicated to protecting the world’s smallest bear. See the sun bears up close as they roam freely in their natural forested environment, playing and climbing trees. Learn about the conservation efforts that aim to protect this critically endangered species.
11:30 PM: Lunch
• After an exciting morning, enjoy a delicious lunch at a nearby local restaurant, offering a variety of fresh, local dishes.
12:30 PM: Transfer to Sandakan Airport or Hotel
• After lunch, your guide will transfer you to Sandakan Airport for your onward flight or drop you off at your hotel in Sandakan, concluding this unforgettable wildlife adventure.

Terms and conditions:
Min pax: Based on minimum of 2 paying adults on SIC basis. Child rates can be applied after 2 paying adults.
Child rates: 1-3 y.o. charge 30% of adults' rates, 4-10 y.o. charge 55% of adults rates, 11 y.o. and above considered as adult (based on year of birth).
Single Supp: RM185 nett per person per night for islands. RM135 nett per person per night for Bilit Adventure Lodge and Sepilok Jungle Resort.
Private: Refers to private guide and land transfer only. All sea/river activities are on sharing basis.
Room Upgrade: RM165 nett per person to upgrade to Deluxe room in BAL
Peak Season: An additional of RM90 nett per person per night for BAL (1 July to 31 Aug) and Selingan Island (1 June to 30 Sept).
